Divya Mathur

Divya Mathur is 53 years old and the only Gond artist we feature. She specializes in creating Gond art with acrylics on either an ivory sheet or canvas.  She started practicing this art this year however has mastered it within just a few months. She started by replicating the work of other Gond artists and then moved onto creating her own original pieces. The main aim of her paintings is to spread the message of beauty of nature. Through her art she wants her audience to appreciate and value the nature around them and not turn our earth into a “smoking hot cauldron” for the generations to come. Ms Mathur works day and night to produce high quality artworks for the shoppers at Artistri!
